ModuleMaster guarantees all modules it rebuilds to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a full 5-years from date of receipt. This warranty is non-transferable and void if the vehicle is sold.

What is Covered

ModuleMaster will cover the cost of all parts and labor necessary to return your module to its original operating condition provided the module is returned to our shop without damage, and all the conditions of this warranty are met. ModuleMaster will cover the cost of return shipping, and credit you up to $10 for shipping costs to our shop provided the warranty claim is valid.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover modules that have been damaged due to, but not limited to: improper installation/removal, fire, water penetration, over-voltage, reverse-voltage, another defective part in the vehicle, use in an application for which the module was not intended, or evidence of misuse or tampering. This warranty does not cover any charges incurred by the customer in removing/installing the module, diagnostics, parts, materials, or labor performed by anyone other than ModuleMaster.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please call (208) 892-0764 before returning your module in order to verify your warranty claim. If you need troubleshooting advice, one of our technicians will be happy to assist you. ModuleMaster is not responsible for shipping charges if a module is returned in working order. Returned modules must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Warranty repairs will be made in a timely manner. If ModuleMaster determines that your module is non-repairable, you have the option to receive either a full refund, or pay a core replacement fee if a suitable replacement is available.
